Conch Venture Hanshou Haichuang Domestic Waste Incineration Power Generation Project is a special supervision project of "Dongting Qingbo" by Hunan Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection, and it is a major livelihood environmental protection project in the eastern part of Changde City.
